Terms Net 30 days(45 days also acceptable for approval ) , FOB terms for good record accounts.  Freight and insurance charges are collect on delivery .Shipments by the DHL or Fedex are preferred unless otherwise directed and authorized. Freight prepaid is also applicable for approved customers. New customers¡¯ orders may be by advance T/T or, L/C required as the case may be. If sample sent for free,customers are entitled to pay shipping charge . Warranty Eleading warrants products of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use. After prepaid return by the owner, isolators,circulators,resistive products that are found to be defective within 24 months and other items within 12 months, Eleading shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective item. This warranty does not apply to products that have been disassembled, misused, modified or subjected to conditions exceeding the applicable specifications or ratings. In no event does Eleading assume liability for installation labour or for consequential damages. In keeping with our policy to improve our products, Eleading reserves the right to change specifications without notice. Quotations Unless otherwise specified, usually all quotations are valid for a period of 60 days subject to change and availability of materials at order inception.But this validity of price may be also subject to change and this change will be particularly notified. Cancelled Orders/Restocking Charge Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge (of sale price) or a $100.00 minimum charge per item (whichever is greater) for standard catalogue items. This charge may vary at the discretion of Eleading depending on the amount of materials on order at the time of cancellation and the resulting cancellation charges from our supply chain.  All sales are final for custom-made items. Returned Products All returned items are inspected upon receipt for quantity, physical condition and electrical function. All claims for shortage must be made within fifteen (15) working days of date of shipment from Eleading facilities. When goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to carrier,any risk of loss or damage shall thereafter rest with the buyer. So buyers are liable for insurance as basic principle, unless otherwise specified. Buyers must make claims for damage or loss while material is in transit and any means of transportation. However, goods unpaid remains Eleading¡¯s property. Returned products will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number may be obtained by Eleading . Freight charges for returned material are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, an evaluation fee will be charged to the buyer to cover inspection and testing cost for any item returned by the buyer, that is found to be within specifications and/or otherwise deemed to be within the terms of the original purchase.
